Switch B is the root Bridge because it has the lowest priority based on the MAC address (all switches have the same default priority but Switch B has the lowest MAC address), therefore both ports Fa0/0 and FA0/1 are DPs. Each segment has to have a DP as well so the segment between Switches A and C has to have a DP. Ties are broken by the upstream BID, therefore FA0/1 on switch A is the DP for that segment.
